Our distribution centre sits in the West Midlands, one minute from J2 of the M5 and within reach of major national carrier hubs. Not positioned centrally as a marketing claim. Actually central.
UK-wide dispatch, same day
Location matters for inbound logistics and team access. It does not limit where we ship. Every carrier route, every postcode - dispatched against agreed SLA cut-offs.
Netherlands DC for EU coverage
We operate a second DC near Amsterdam. Brands requiring EU fulfilment post-Brexit can run both operations under one commercial relationship, one integration and one reporting view.
Open to client visits
We do not discourage brands from visiting. If you want to see where your stock lives, you are welcome to come. A facility tour takes around an hour and tends to answer most operational questions.

Central UK dispatch reach

B2B and wholesale fulfilment
Pallet builds, retailer compliance packing, EDI-connected wholesale dispatch and DC replenishment. Handled within the same operation, not a separate workflow bolted on.
Returns processing
Reverse logistics with inspection, grading, restock and reporting. Every return logged against order data. Margin protected at the point of return, not weeks later.
Contract packing and kitting
Promotional kits, subscription boxes, product bundling, rework and assembly. Project-based runs scoped and priced separately.
Batch and expiry tracking
FEFO pick logic, batch-level traceability and expiry visibility for food, supplement, cosmetic and regulated product categories. Managed within the WMS, not on a spreadsheet.
Standalone UK returns processing
For overseas brands and marketplace sellers who need UK returns handled without a full fulfilment contract. Inspection, forwarding or disposal managed from the same facility.
