Standard FBA prep turnaround is under 48 hours from stock being booked in. Larger projects and container-level volumes run to an agreed timescale confirmed before your stock arrives.

Yes. Most clients ship directly from their supplier, manufacturer or freight forwarder to us. We receive parcels, pallets and full containers, count stock in, and flag any discrepancies against your purchase order.

Yes. We print and apply FNSKU labels to Amazon spec, covering existing barcodes where required, so your inventory scans correctly at the fulfilment centre.

Yes. We combine products into bundles or multipacks, apply the correct labelling, and prepare them as single sellable units that meet Amazon’s requirements.

Yes. We receive full and part containers at our West Midlands facility, unload, count and inspect the stock, then prep and forward it to Amazon or hold it in storage on your schedule.

Yes. Pallet storage starts at £3.25 per pallet per week. Many sellers hold bulk stock with us and drip-feed Amazon to avoid long-term storage fees and capacity limits.

Yes. We receive removal orders and customer returns from Amazon, inspect and grade them, rework or relabel what’s recoverable, and restock, store or fulfil it through another channel.

Yes. We dispatch FBM orders same-day to a 6pm cut-off with tracked carriers, and we support Seller Fulfilled Prime workflows. Many clients run FBA and FBM side by side from one stockholding.
