We’re fully integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and others. Real-time sync, order editing, inventory updates, and automated shipping rules are included.

What’s your minimum order volume?

We typically work with brands shipping 500+ orders per month. If you’re scaling quickly, we may flex this during peak seasons or for high-value products.

Can I use my own branded packaging and inserts?

Absolutely. We specialise in branded unboxing experiences. Send us your packaging — we store, pack, and insert exactly to your spec.

How fast do you dispatch orders?

All in-stock orders received by cut-off are picked, packed, and shipped the same day. Our standard SLA is orders before 4pm shipped the same day. Higher SLA available.

How do you handle returns?

Returns are received, inspected, photographed, and re-stocked (if applicable) within 24–48 hours. You get visibility throughout the process in our dashboard.

How long does onboarding take?

Typical onboarding takes 72 hours from first stock arrival. Shopify integration is instant — you’ll be up and running fast.

Where are you based?

We are based just outside of Birmingham in the West Midlands, UK. This location allows us rapid access to both the M6 & M5 motorways and just a few minutes from the main carriers such as DPD & DHL.

Our clients are based internationally and across the UK, with a particular concentration based in London. We can arrange direct collections from our own team to collect stock & inventory to make onboarding a breeze.
